Nippon Vinilex Fresh anti-bacterial emulsion is a pure acrylic water-based paint, which protects & decorates your interior surfaces. This matt finish emulsion paint provides protection from bacteria - a long lasting coating, which promotes better hygiene and health. It is an ideal paint for use in homes, schools and food preparation areas.
Nippon Vinilex Fresh has a special formula (Tested by Japan Food Research Laboratories) which protects the environment from many types of bacteria such as MRSA, E-Coli and Staphylococcus Aureus - useful for inhibition of asthma, flu and diarrhea.
SUFACE PREPARATION
-Allow the surfaces to dry out thoroughly. Avoid painting when moisture content on walls is still high. Ensure that the surfaces to be painted are free from loose dirt, dust, frease, oil, wax and other foreign matter. For previously painted surfaces, remove all unstable paint film, loose chalk, dust and other foreign matter. Repair surface defects with Nippon ACS Putty or suitable filler. Treat any areas with fungus growth with Nippon Fungicidal Wash solution. Use Nippon Acrylic 5170 Wall Sealer where high alkalinity is present.
APPLICATION DATA
-Touch Dry: 15 - 30 minutes, dependent on temperature and humidity.
-Hard Dry: 30 - 60 minutes, dependent on temperature and humidity.
-Recoating Interval: 2 - 3 hours, based on normal condition.
-Coverage: 9m?- 11m?per liter per coat.
-No. of Coats: 2 - 3 coats.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
-Stir well before use. Application can be by brush, roller or spray.
-For best results, thinning is not required. If necessary, thin up to maximum 5% of water.
-Clean all equipment with clean water immediately after use.
